When you connect to the site, NSW, the brand owner and publisher of the site, may install various cookies on your terminal. Some cookies are subject to your prior consent and will only be deposited if you have previously accepted them. To ensure that the personal data we collect and process is transparent to you, this cookie policy explains what a cookie is, what types of cookies are used, for what purpose, who receives the data collected and how you can manage these cookies.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on the hard disk of a user’s terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when consulting a website, advertising, reading an e-mail, installing or using software or a mobile application, regardless of the type of terminal used. When you connect to a website or browse a mobile application, a cookie may be sent to your browser by the website or application you are visiting. Your web browser will store the cookie for a certain period of time, and send it back to the web server each time you reconnect.

Our commitments

NSW uses a compliant solution to manage the collection of consent or refusal to deposit or read cookies and to respect your right to withdraw consent.

In order to respect your privacy, NSW would like to reassure you that the simple fact of visiting our website and whether or not you wish to continue browsing does not imply acceptance or the installation of cookies subject to your prior consent. As long as you have not accepted them, no cookies subject to prior consent will be deposited or read on your terminal. Refusal to give your consent or lack of choice does not prevent access to our website.

How long does my choice (consent or refusal) last?

Your choice to install cookies is valid for 6 months after the first deposit in your terminal. At the end of this period, your choice will be requested again. You can also change your mind at any time by clicking on the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of any page on our website.
